Texas: Guidelines To Establish Alternative Payment Schedule

This form may be used as guidelines adopted by an association as required by Texas Property Code §209.0062 for a uniform program to enable homeowners to cure delinquencies that are owed to the association for past regular or special assessments, or other amounts, and for making partial payment to the association in order to fully pay the delinquent amounts without accruing further additional penalties.
