Florida: Delinquent Assessment – 30 Day Notice

This form complies with Florida Statute §718.116(6)(b) and is for use by an association to provide a homeowner with notice that a lien has been filed by the association against the homeowner’s property and to provide the homeowner with 30 days advance notice of the association’s intention to foreclose on the homeowner’s property if the amounts specified are not paid.
