Court Determines Validity of Rules and Regulations

This case involved a dispute between condominium owners (“Owners”) and their homeowners association (“Association”) over the validity of rules and regulations adopted by Association which were not approved by a majority in interest of Association’s owners. Association’s rules and regulations were first adopted in 1985 and then subsequently amended in 2017.
