Chapter 81 of Title 7 of the Texas Property Code is the statutory body of law that regulates condominium regimes created in Texas prior to January 1, 1994, along with provisions that are contained in Chapter 82. Condominium regimes created after January 1, 1994, are governed by Chapter 82. This edition includes updates that became effective in 2024.
