Record of Rental Units

This form is designed for use by a homeowners association and/or a management company to keep track of the separate interests properties within the association that are rented or leased to third-parties by the owner(s). Some homeowners associations have limits on the number of separate interest properties that can be rented or leased at one time and this form enables the association or management company to keep track of those units.
