Association Code of Ethics and Conflict-of-Interest Policy

This is a sample of a Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Policy that may be adopted by a homeowners association for use when new volunteer directors are elected or appointed. Each new director should be required to sign a copy of the policy to acknowledge their receipt and understanding of the policy and their agreement to comply with it.
