Member Rights to Inspect and Copy Homeowner Association Documents

Members of homeowners associations have certain specified member rights to inspect and to copy and receive copies of association records. The scope of the member rights are typically set forth in the laws of the state where the homeowners association is located and in the governing documents of the association.
