ASSOCIATION PROCUREMENT POLICY

This policy may be adopted by a condominium or homeowners’ association to establish standards and guidelines for the procurement of supplies, equipment, construction, and services. The policy governs the performance , behavior and actions of the Association and its board members, officers, employees, volunteers, managers, and other agents who are engaged in any aspect of the procurement of goods and services.
